Return & Refund Policy

At Punjabi Kisan Hut, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used seeds

• Opened fertilizers and pesticides

• Perishable products

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

• Customized or special-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will inspect the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

• Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We only replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
